The front desk greets you by name. Water, a seat by the window, no clipboard.
5 minutesYour consult
Dana or Camila looks, asks what bothers you and what you don’t want to change, then writes the plan and the price on a card.
20 minutesTreatment, if you want it
Only after you’ve read the card. Saying “not today” is fine; the consult stays free.
10 to 30 minutesLeaving
A printed aftercare card, a photo for your notes, and your day-14 check booked before you go.
5 minutesDay 14
A short free visit. If an area wants a little more, it’s added.

For wrinkle relaxers, Dana marks where she’ll treat with a white pencil and shows you in a mirror before anything happens. Then the card: the areas, the price, and the date of your check. You keep it.

Should I come with make-up on?
Either is fine. We cleanse the area before treating.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. There’s a second chair by the window.
What if I’m not sure what I want?
That’s what the consult is for. Many people leave with nothing done and come back a week later.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No fee if you tell us a day before. If something comes up on the day, call and we’ll find another time.
