Prices and paying

Why a price per area?

So the number of units never changes your bill. The card you get before we start is what you pay.

Do you have memberships or packages?

No. Pay for the visit you have. The only bundle is three microneedling sessions for $900, and you can stop after any of them.

Should I tip?

Please don’t. Our prices pay our people.

Is the consult really free?

Yes, twenty minutes with the person who would treat you, whether or not you go ahead.

Who does the injecting?

Dana Whitlock, a nurse practitioner, and Camila Ortiz, a registered nurse working on Dr. Elise Navarro’s orders. Estheticians never inject here.

Will I see the same person next time?

Yes. You book the person, and they keep your notes and photos.

How soon will I see a result?

Wrinkle relaxers: a few days, fully at two weeks. Filler: straight away, settled at two weeks. Microneedling: over four to six weeks.

What if I don’t like it?

Come back for your free check at two weeks. Filler can be dissolved; wrinkle relaxers wear off in three to four months.

Can I work out afterwards?

Wait four hours after wrinkle relaxers and a day after filler or microneedling.

How do I change an appointment?

Call or text the front desk. No fee if you tell us a day before.

What if I text after hours?

A person replies by ten the next morning.
